精密伺服压力机又称为电子压力机，其工作原理是由伺服电机驱动高精度滚珠丝杆进行精密压力装配作业，全程实现压装力与压入深度的闭环控制。其结构可分为桌上型（C型）、弓形、两柱型和四柱形式。

伺服压装机可以准确控制压装速度、位置和压力；设定多种压装程序，包括恒定压装速度、设定准确位置停止、设定准确力停止、设定准确压装位移停止等多种工作模式，很容易完成两段或多段压装工作要求；在行程之内，可以任意设定机器准确位置停止，不必使用昂贵的精密模具来保证压装精度；位置重复精度为±0.01mm，压力控制精度为±1%额定压力。

1. 设备基本操作

Basic Operation

 

3.1各按钮功能说明

Function Description of Each Button

电机启停按钮：     用来控制设备马达；马达在启动时设备将自动寻找零点，马达运转指示灯亮。

Motor start/stop button: control the machine motor; the machine automatically searches for zeros when motor starts, motor indicating light is on.

手/自动切换按钮：  用来切换设备的工作状态。

Manual/semi-automatical button: switch working condition

手动上升按钮；     控制设备主缸的点动上升。

Manual up button:    the main cylinder jogging up

手动下降按钮；     控制设备主缸的点动下降。

Manua down:        the main cylinder jogging down

急升/复位按钮;     设备在使用过程中，出现紧急情况，按下急升按钮，主缸自动回设备原点。

Emergency/resetting button: during operating the machine, when the emergency occurs, press the emergency stop button, the main cylinder goes back to the original point automatically.

 

自动启动按钮；      左启动与右启动， 将手/自动切换按钮旋转至自动运行状态下，双手同时按下设备的左右启动按钮，设备自动完成一个工作周期。

Automatical start button: start t ft the right start buttons, rorate the manual/ auto switch button to “auto”, two hands press t ft the right start buttons simultaneously, the machine will automatically complete one work cycle.

电源开关      当外部电源接通（总开关闭合）后，点压该按钮，设备控制系统电源接通。长时间不使用该设备时，请务必切断主回路电源开关（断路器总开关）

Power on/off   When the external power supply is turned on (main switch is closed), press is button,, please do cut off the main circuit power switch (circuit breaker switch).

 

电源指示灯      当设备控制系统电源接通后，电源指示灯亮。

Power Indicator:     When the machine control system is powered on, power indicating light is so.

 

蜂 鸣 器       设备在运行中发生故障或需要人工干涉动作的情况下发出“毕！毕！毕！”短促的提示音

Buzzer:          When abnormal condition occurs during operation, the buzzer will warn "Beep! Beep! Beep! ' in short tone.

 

三色灯           显示设备的各运行状态。红灯亮时表示设备故障，黄灯亮时表示设备运行动作中，绿灯表示为设备的工作中。

Three-color light:     display the current working status of machine

               1.Red flashing: abnormal alarm

2. Yellow flashing: ready to operate

USB插槽         压装数据存贮于U盘时使用

  USB Slot         Use when pressure data stored in U disk

 

  触 摸 屏   触摸式显示屏，进行系统和程序参数设置，显示当前设备状态

  Touch screen Touching type screen which used for setting system and procudure parameter, and dispaly the machine status.

 

 

1 周边检查  开机前，检查设备操作台面上是否有障碍物。

Ambitus Checking Before booting machine, please check whether there is obstacle on the workbench..

 

2 接通电源  接通外部电源，将断路器接通状态。

Power on  Connect to an external power source, then turn on the circuit breaker.

 

3 开    机  旋转电源开关按钮，此时电源接通，电源指示灯亮。

Power on  Rotate the power on/off button, when the power indicator is on

 

4 马达启动  点动马达启停按钮，马达开始运转，设备初始化寻找零点。马达运转指示灯亮。

Motor start: press the motor start button, the motor starts running,.

 

5 运    行  初始化完成后，设备进入待机状态------

Running     After initialization, the machinw enters standby mode.

 

6试 运 行  将生产需要的参数设置完成后，试压装测试设定参数是否错误及 光栅是否故障；

Trial operation

After completing setting of production parameter,trial testing whether there are errors with parameter setting and malfunction with the safety light curtain;

4.设备维护与保养

Repair and Maintenance

 

①須有專人操作，操作者須熟知操作要領，設備須按時保養維護;

The operator must be familiar with the operating essentials and methods, the machine should maintain termsly.

 

②工作中隨時注意油位高度和溫升，一般油液的工作溫度在３０－６０℃較合理， 不超過６5℃，異常升溫時應停機檢查;

Should pay attention to oil level and temperature, 30-60 ℃of the general fluid operating temperature is more preferred  , the maximum does not exceed 65 ℃, when abnormal temperature rises, please stop  and check the machine;

 

③經常保持液壓油清潔，加油補油時要經過過濾，不要與其他液體混用，新設備使用2個月應 換新液壓油,以後應每隔半年或一年 換一次。如在高溫．高濕.高灰塵地方連續工作的，需要縮短。

Keep the hydraulic oil clean, should go through the filter before refueling oil; do not mix the hydraulic oil with other liquids, the oil should be replaced once every six months or a year. If the machine works in the environment of high temperatures and high dust and humidity, the life span of machine is shortened.

 

④設備若長期不用，應將各調節旋鈕全部放鬆，防止彈簧産生 變型而影響元件之性能；

If the the machine is not in use for a long term, each adjusting switch should be loose, to prevent permanent deformation of mechinical spring and affect the performance of the elements;

⑤設備不能長時間超負荷工作，本機 壓力爲10噸（油表上的压力不能超过127Kg/ cm²；

When machine does not work overload for long time,the machine has the maximum pressure of  10 tons (pressure on gauge can not exceed 120Kg / cm²;

開機前應檢查機器的電路（護手光電是否正常），油路是否有滲漏現象。

The circuit should be checked before starting the machine (to see whether is normal with auntlets photoelectricity and ensures no l

eakage) .
