K11通用型防水涂料 DLXFS-101

产品概述：

德立兴K11通用型防水涂料是一种由 配方调制而成的聚合物改性水泥基防水材料。它是双组分的刚柔性防水浆料，按配合比把粉料与添加剂混合均匀后得到的浆料，涂刷在所需的部位，能够渗透到底材内部形成枝蔓状结晶体，隔断结构内的水分子通道，从而起到防水效果。

适用范围：
可以用于混凝土、砖墙、混凝土砌块、预制块等各种建筑结构的室内外防水工程，如：地铁站、矿山、隧道、电梯井、地下室、厨房、卫生间、浴室、水池、游泳池、生活污水池等。

* 抵御高的静水压，具有负水面的防水功能； 可在潮湿的区域施工； 容易操作，只需现场搅拌即可使用；
* 耐磨性好，粘结性佳，干固后可采用合适的瓷砖胶粘贴各种饰面瓷砖；良好的透气性；

基面准备：
* 底材必须坚固、平整、干净，无灰尘、油腻、蜡、脱模剂等以及其它碎屑物质；
* 所有小孔隙、砂眼可用K11粉料加入少许清水拌成湿团状，将其抹平；
* 涂刷浆料之前，预先充分湿润底材，但不能有积水。 

施工工艺：
将粉料倒入盛有添加剂的容器中，机械搅拌3分钟至无沉淀的胶状体，然后静置3~5分钟后，再搅拌一下即可使用。在使用过程中应保持间断性的搅拌，以防止沉淀。 使用硬毛刷、滚筒或喷浆机将混合浆料均匀地涂刷或喷涂于潮湿的底材上； 分层施工，第二层的涂刷方向应与第一层垂直； 每一层厚度不得超过1mm。

注意事项：
* 施工温度应在5℃至35℃； 开调后的浆料1小时内用完； 在水泥压光基面施工前，需先重新拉毛基面； 在防水层上铺贴瓷砖建议采用瓷砖胶粘剂；

参考用量：
防水膜厚度为1.0mm时，理论用量约为1.5 - 2.0kg/m2。实际用量视具体基面情况而定。 

保质期:在正常贮存、运输条件下，保质期为一年。

Base to prepare基面准备

* the substrate must be firm, flat and clean, free of dust, grease, wax, mold release agent and other debris;

* for all small pores and sand holes, K11 powder can be added with a little water and mixed into a wet mass to smooth it;

* coating brush paste before, in advance fully wet substrate, but can not have water.

 

The construction technology施工工艺

Matters needing attention注意事项

Construction temperature should be between 5℃ and 35℃;Use up the pulp within 1 hour after adjusting;Before cement calendering foundation construction, need to pull the base surface again;Tile adhesive is recommended to be used on the waterproof layer.

When the thickness of the waterproof film is 1.0mm, the theoretical consumption is about 1.5-2.0 kg/.
