4  架构说明  Architecture description
1 产品限位块；调节产品在印刷管位中端面定位基准。
Limited block:Adjust the base position;
2 支架滚轮:支撑承印物在支架上 360 度旋转
Supporter idler wheel: Supporting the products to rotate 360 degrees for circle printing;
3 网框限位棒:因承印物大小调节网框架一端的高度,既网距调节
Screen Frame Limited bar: As the height of the products to limit the height of the screen frame.
4 网框压板: 机械式锁紧网框压板(两端各一件);
Screen frame press plate：Mechanical locking the frame plate (one piece at each end);
5 网框前后拉手:网框前后拉手；塑胶拉手,向前拉既印刷,向后拉既回墨;
Screen frame Front and back handle：Making the screen frame moving front to back.
6 刮刀高低调节:调节胶刮夹高低及压力,角度(依印刷情况调节)。
Squeegee height adjustment：adjust the pressure, height & angle of the Squeegee as requested;
7 回墨刀:不锈网激光切割成型。
Ink Back blade: Making the ink back to cover the design.
8 网框架固定块:当网板高度调节完成后,必须锁紧此固定块,防上网板向下掉(左右对称各一件)。
Screen frame fixed block:after the screen height adjustment completed, must lock the fixed block
to avoid the screen fall down ( both sides have each one);
9 回墨刀高低调节:调节此螺母可完成回墨刀架与网板所产生的角度,从而调节回墨刀高度。
Ink Back blade height adjustment: Adjust this screw nut to control the angle of the ink back blade
holder and screen,thereby adjusting the height of the blade back;
10 网框架高低调节:网框调节手轮,顺时针扭向上,逆时针钮向下。
Screen frame height adjustment: screen frame hand wheel, clockwise adjusting up and anticlockwise
down;
11 配重铁；依据杠杆原理配重,与网框架保持重力平衡;
Counterweight iron:According to the principle of leverage weight and maintain weight balance and
net frame;
12 配重支架锁紧螺丝:调节完成配重铁后,必须锁紧此螺丝,防止配重铁滑出;
Counterweight bracket locking screw:after adjusting the Counterweight iron, sould be locking the
screw avoid to the Counterweight iron Sliding out;
13 网框向后限位圈:依产品大小及网框图案合理调整网框向后移动的行程及起始位置。
Screen frame backward limit ring: According to the product size and net frame design reasonably
adjust net frame backward stroke and starting position;
14 胶刮；请使用 5X25MM 尖刮;
Squeegee: please using 5X25MM sharp scraper.
15 网框向前限位圈；依产品大小及网框图案合理调整网框向前移动的行程及起始位置;
Screen frame forward limit ring: According to the product size and screen frame design reasonably
adjust screen frame forward stroke and starting position;
5  安装与操作说明 Installation and Operating Instructions
1 收到 设备的机器包装后， 请从包装里面取出。把机器平整的放在工作台上；
When get the parcel from Upart, please take out the machine and put the machine on level work
table levelly;
2 找到该机器说明书，请仔细阅读;
Find the manual of this machine and read it carefully.
3 根据说明书，认识到机器的各个部件的左右后， 松开网框向后限位圈来调节网框前后运行的行程.如
图所示;
After know well of each parts function, then take out the tool to loose the screen frame limited

4 安装胶刮，如果机器已安装，则无需；

5 安装已筛板好的网板;
Installing the screen plate with design.
6 放上产品，调节夹具使产品能固定并对上需要印刷的图案位置;
Put the products to adjust the jig to make the jig holding the products and position good at
printing.
7 放上适合产品材料的油墨，调节印刷在产品上效果知道满意为止，则实现印刷;
